Possible causes and solutions:

  1. Cause: Interfered by surrounding electronic devices.

    Solution: Remove nearby electronic devices and restart the engine.

  2. Cause: The display unit has been installed at the inappropriate position.

    Solution: The display unit should be installed at the front middle position inside the car.

  3. Cause: Obstructed by vehicle’s structural design.

    Solution: Turn off the auto-learning function. (Contact us directly for instruction.)

Possible causes and solutions:

  1. Cause: Manufacturer programming issue.

    Solution: Connect the power, then press the two buttons together to go into learning mode, deflate the tyre to trigger the emission of the sensor signal, the sensor location can then be set up. (If the sensor did not send the signal to the display unit, please contact us.)

Possible causes and solutions:

  1. Cause: The standard tyre pressure did not set up correctly.

    Solution: Set the standard tyre pressure to the correct value.

  2. Cause: The warning percentage did not set up correctly.

    Solution: Select the correct low/high warning percentage.

The sensors can only send out signals to display unit when car speed reaches 25km/hr as this model uses power-saving technology.

Press the MODE button for 3 seconds.

No. Simply replace a new sensor.

Press the SET button for 3 seconds to enter the settings.

The first setting is for the front two tyres. Press MODE button to increase the value. Range from 10 ~ 60 psi. Press SET button to confirm.

Then the bottom 2 lights will start blinking, now follow the same step above to set up the rear two tyres.

 

Press the SET button for 3 seconds to enter the settings.

Short press the SET button for 5 times to skip the other settings.

The next screen will be the low pressure warning percentage selection.  Choose from 12.5%, 15%, 20% and 25%. Default setting is 20%. Press SET button to confirm your selection.

The next screen will be the high pressure warning percentage selection. Choose from 15%, 20%, 25% and 30%. Default setting is 30%. Press SET button to confirm your selection.

  1. Standard front tyre pressure.

  1. Tyre pressure drop or raise dramatically, that is, vary more than 3 psi or 20 kPa in 30 seconds.
  2. Tyre pressure decreased or increased to a value below or above your selected warning percentage.
  3. Tyre temperature is higher than the set value (80ºC).
  4. Car battery voltage is lower than 11.5V regardless the engine is on or off.
  5. Sensor battery low.

Possible causes and solutions:

  1. Cause: The power source of the display unit and the relay is different.

    Solution: Connect the power within 5 seconds of each other.

  2. Cause: Obstructed by vehicle’s structural design or the installed location of the display unit antenna or relay.


    Solution: Relocate the relay to the front of the towed vehicle and run the display unit antenna underneath the towing vehicle. (This is the correct installation.)

  3. Cause: Manufacturer programming issue.

    Solution: Connect the power, then press the two buttons together to go into learning mode, deflate the tyre to trigger the emission of the sensor signal, the sensor location can then be set up.

Warranty

No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind. 

ORO will warrant ORO TPMS sets for 24 months from the date of original purchase to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If during this period, the product fails under normal usage, because of a manufacturing defect, we will replace or repair the item.

To obtain repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty, please return the product to the place of purchase. Proof of purchase and date of purchase are required to validate the warranty claim. In the event where proof of purchase is unable to be determined, it is not covered by the warranty.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only. We reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange coupon.
